Hello

I’ve been a bit of a computer nerd since I was eight—back when playing games meant wrangling with DOS and floppy disks. That early curiosity sparked a lifelong love of tech, and over the years, I’ve channelled it into helping teams make the most of Microsoft 365.

My formal journey with Microsoft began in 2010 at Monadelphous Engineering, where I led the change management from Lotus Notes to M365. It was a big shift—many of the teams had never worked in a Microsoft environment, and they were scattered across Australia and the globe. To support them, I dove into advanced Microsoft training and became a bit of a fan girl.

That project lit the fire, and I’ve been honing my skills ever since.

At Crown Casino, I was contracted to creat a training manual from scratch for phone and video applications. That experience deepened my love for practical, user-friendly solutions. I also developed a knack for Microsoft templates, document control, and metadata—skills that have proven invaluable.

When I joined the Town of Victoria Park, we were stuck with a templated Sharepoint Classic intranet site from an external provider that was costly and clunky. Quotes to upgrade to SharePoint Modern were well beyond the Towns budget. Alongside a small team, we built a new site in just three months using SharePoint and M365 applications.

Since then, I’ve focused on governance and internal engagement, working closely with our team of content creators—the keen beans who keep our site fresh and dynamic with up to six new pieces of content daily. It’s this kind of ongoing collaboration that makes a digital space feel truly alive.

I’m passionate about helping organisations get the best bang for buck with Microsoft 365. Whether it’s building SharePoint sites, sorting document libraries, or prepping your setup for Co-Pilot, I’m here to help make the complex feel simple and the tech feel human.
